Our play sets are the most durable wooden play sets on the market.  Pinnacle Play Systems uses very strong and heavy Yellow Pine lumber 4x4's, 4x6's, posts and laminated 6x6 swing beams, giving our sets tremendous stability. Yellow Pine is much stronger than other woods used in play sets, such as cedar and redwood. We have all our lumber milled smooth on all surfaces and dried before we coat it with a red primer and then a second coat of our Pinnacle Red paint. The corner braces on our play sets are made of wood 4x4's, and we use thick steel for brackets which get a zinc primer and then a powder coated finish which make our sets very rigid and durable.

Our specially formulated paint finishes make our sets virtually maintenance-free. When it comes to your child's safety, we don't consider any playground equipment maintenance free. Routine inspections need to take place to make sure all playground equipment maintains its integrity so that you can provide your children a safe atmosphere of play.

Pinnacle Play Systems are free of splinters because the wood is coated with a thick specially formulated signature red paint that won't crack or peel. Unlike cedar and redwood, which needs annual staining and maintenance to keep them looking nice, our sets will maintain there beautiful colors and only need an occasional minimal washing and tightening of the hardware.

• The platform decks are built using hi-density poly decking. The
product is engineered from environmentally-friendly recycled plastic lumber that comes
with a 25-year warranty.
